FAQs

Q: Where is your sea moss sourced from?

A: Our sea moss is wildcrafted in Grenada. It's hand-harvested, cleaned and sun-dried.

Q: Are your products vegan?

A: Most of our range is vegan and all our sea moss is wildcrafted. Our Ginger, Turmeric & Honey gel (contains honey) and Beauty Collagen capsules (marine collagen) are not.

Q: What's in the sea moss and bladderwrack products?

A: They combine wildcrafted sea moss with bladderwrack, another seaweed. Both are naturally high in iodine, so speak to your GP or pharmacist first if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a thyroid condition.

Q: How do I choose the right product?

A: Short on time? Try our capsules. Want something ready to stir into food and drinks? Choose a gel. Like making your own? Our raw dried sea moss is ideal.

Q: Can I apply sea moss gel to my skin?

A: Many customers use it as a face mask. Apply, leave for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Patch test a small area first.

Q: What's the difference between wildcrafted and pool-farmed sea moss?

A: Wildcrafted sea moss grows naturally in the open sea and is gathered by hand. Pool-farmed sea moss is grown in man-made pools or tanks.

Q: How should I store my sea moss products?

A: Keep sea moss gel in the fridge and use within 3 weeks of opening. Store dried sea moss and capsules in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Q: Do your products contain additives or preservatives?

A: No. Our gels are made fresh to order without added preservatives. For example, our Gold Gel contains just sea moss, spring water and lime.

Q: How fast is delivery?

A: Orders placed Sunday to Thursday are sent out for next-day delivery for £3.99. UK delivery is free on orders over £40.
