At Gordon Watkins, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality sea moss products to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our sea moss gels being a fresh product, we are unable to accept returns for these items. However, if the product arrives damaged, please provide a photograph as proof of damage, and we will gladly address the issue.

For our capsule products, we accept returns within 14 days, provided the capsules are unopened and the seal remains intact. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to ensure your satisfaction with all ofour products.
