Shipping Destinations: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Free Shipping: We provide free shipping for orders over £100.

Order Processing Time: As our products are made to order, orders placed from Sunday to Thursday will be shipped the next day.

Estimated Delivery Time: We use DPD Next Day Delivery, ensuring that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information: Customers will receive an email and text from DPD with tracking information, sent to the email address and phone number provided on the order form.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will replace the order. To initiate the process, please contact us.

Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via email before the order is dispatched.
