What's inside
Just three ingredients: wildcrafted sea moss, spring water and lime. No added preservatives. Vegan. Available in 250ml and 500ml jars.
How to use it
Blend 1–2 tablespoons into a smoothie or juice
Stir into porridge, yoghurt or overnight oats
Add to warm (not boiling) tea or coffee
Use to thicken soups and sauces

I bought this sea moss for my elderly father, who has diabetes and mild dementia. For the last three weeks I have been mixing a spoonful into his morning yoghurt and banana. I have noticed that his blood sugar readings have lowered slightly overall, and have become more consistent throughout the day (no huge spikes). Also, he has become more energetic and willing to get out of the house during the day. I am definitely going to repurchase the sea moss for him, as it seems to be doing him good. I also tried it, but I don’t like the mouth feel, so I may try the capsules next time.

I have the plain sea moss gel in my tea every morning. It does not alter the taste at all, which I live ad other products usually say its tasteless but they're actually not. This one is definitely tasteless. I have now been using it for over a month. Will see if I feel a difference after a couple of more months. Best to give at least 3 months!
Been having this sea moss in my tea every morning. It's brilliant because it tastes of absolutely nothing! Does not change the taste of my tea at all, so I'm happy!! Will be ordering more, but a few jars as one jar lasts around the 2 weeks mark, if using 1tbsp a day. I also give to my children, 1tsp a day... Not felt a difference yet as I've only just started using it, so will review again once I do. I have high hopes 🤞
